• <br />• <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the following: <br />• Award the bid to the sole bidder, CSR Hydro Conduit of Florida Inc., as the overall low bidder <br />meeting specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid <br />• Establish an Open End Contract with CSR Hydro Conduit of Florida Inc.with a not to exceed <br />amount of $60,000 for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001. <br />• Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two (2) additional -one (1) year <br />periods subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, vendor acceptance atld the <br />determination that renewal of this annual contract is in the best interest of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously (4-0, Vice <br />Chairman Grin absent) awarded Bid #3002 to the sole bidder, <br />CSR Hydro Conduit of Florida, Inc., established an Open End <br />Contract with CSR Hydro Conduit of Florida, Inc. with a not -to - <br />exceed amount of $60,000 for FY 2000-01, and authorized the <br />Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two additional <br />one-year periods subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost <br />increase, vendor acceptance and the determination that renewal <br />of this annual contract is in the best interest of the County, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />BID DOCUMaUS AND CONTRACT wILL BE PLACID ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF TBE CLERK TO THE BOARD - - - <br />wBEN RECEIVED <br />7.P.
