In 1991 General Development Corporation granted an easement to General <br />Development Utilities over a parcel of land located in Vero Beach Highlands Unit #5. <br />The easement contained language stating that "Should Grantee remove or abandon the <br />use of its facilities, then in that event all rights and privileges hereunder shall cease and <br />the easement privileges and rights herein granted shall revert to the Grantor of its <br />successors in title." <br />2.
