• <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of the attached resolution, release the drainage <br />and utility easement, as more particularly described in said resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2000-126 releasing <br />a rear yard easement on Lot 8, Block E, Seagrove <br />Subdivision, Unit 3 (Duvivier/Riemer - 1870 Ocean <br />Way). RESOLUTION NO. 2000-126 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A REAR YARD EASEMENT ON LOT 8, BLOCK E, SEAGROVE SUBDIVSION <br />UNIT 3 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility easement on Lot 8, Block E, of <br />SEAGROVE SUBDIVISION UNIT 3; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement or portion thereof, as described below, serves no <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />MICHELLE MARIE RIEMER , <br />1870 OCEAN WAY <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32963 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the north rear yard tenyoot utility easement, less and except the Jive loot east and west side <br />yard utility easements, of Lot 8, Block E, Seagrove Subdivision, Unit 3, according to the plat <br />thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Mage 21, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />OCTOBER 10, 2000 <br />-31- <br />P <br />• <br />
