MOTION WAS- MADE by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED BY Commissioner Tippin, to approve staffs <br />recommendation. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Stanbridge advised that she had been present at the <br />meeting of the Indian River Farms Water Control District when they passed this item on their <br />agenda.
