Kafer, Jr., P.E., County <br />_ SUBJECT: Amendment No. 2 to the North County Regional Park Professional <br />Architectural Services Agreement - IRC Project No. 9926 <br />DATE: October 30, 2000 <br />On March 21, 2000 the Board executed a Professional Architectural Services Agreement with Brad <br />Smith Associates, Inc. for design services for the above subject project in the amount of <br />$249,070.00. On June 13, 2000 the Board executed Amendment No. 1 to the Professional <br />Architectural Services Agreement for Additional Services in the amount of $9,500.00. Attached is <br />Amendment No. 2 for additional services to include wetland impact and mitigation for the United <br />States Army Corp. of Engineers Permit Application for an additional fee of $4,200.00. <br />Alternative No_ 1 - The Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Professional Architectural Services Agreement for North County Regional Park with Brad Smith <br />Associates, Inc. and that the Board direct the Chairman to execute this Amendment No. 2 on their <br />behalf. <br />Alternative No -2 - Not to approve this Amendment. <br />Staff recommends approval of Alternative No. 1; funding from account no. 315-108-572-066.29. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
