I� <br />Capital Projects Manage <br />SUBJECT: Florida Power & Light, Facilities Relocation Agreement <br />Kings Highway Phase II <br />DATE: October 20, 2000 <br />Attached are two (2) Facility Relocation Agreements between Indian River County and <br />Florida Power & Light Company (FP&L) to relocate transmission and distribution facilities — <br />for the construction of Kings Highway (58"' Avenue) Phase II Improvements. <br />One of the Agreements provides for relocating seven transmission poles and associated <br />distribution facilities along 121" Street east of Kings Highway. These poles must be <br />relocated for the replacement of the 121" Street bridge over the Lateral "B" Canal. <br />The estimated cost of this relocation work is $320,521.00 for the transmission facilities and <br />$66,752.00 for the distribution facilities. The Agreement notes that final billing will reflect <br />actual field costs not to exceed 110% of the total estimated cost ($426,000.30).
