The -County has acquired all the necessary right-of-way on 12' Street and will issue a <br />FP&L a notice to proceed for the relocation work on 12" Street following Board approval <br />of the Agreements. Time of facilities relocation completion is approximately six months <br />from the time of notification to proceed. <br />The other Agreement provides for relocating the distribution lines on Kings Highway to the <br />new west right-of-way line from 8'" Street to Oslo Road. The estimated cost of this work <br />is $306,569.00. Final billing for this work will also reflect actual field costs not -to -exceed <br />110% of the total estimated cost ($337,225.90). <br />The County has not acquired all the right-of-way necessary for the relocation of facilities <br />on Kings Highway. A status report on the remaining right-of-way and retention parcels <br />needed for Kings Highway Phase II Improvements is attached. <br />It is the County's intent to advertise the Kings Highway Phase II Improvements for bid in <br />November 2000, Bids will be opened in December and a recommendation for award will <br />be brought to the Board in January, 2001.
