1 1 1 1 Otis M. Cobb, attorney, appeared before the Board regarding the rent he is due the County for space occupied in the Court House. He agreed to pay the November rent not later than December 10th and to pay the armunt due, $10.00 each month thereafter regu- larly and an additio,=l $5.00 per month on the back rent until the full amount now due is paid. After some discussion the Board agreed to accept these terms and instructed the Sheriff to collect accordingly. John Gragnegger, Fellsmere, ms ordered stricken from the pauper list he having died during the month of November, 1934. It me ordered that Mrs. Eva Helen Vojtik, Fellsmere, be stricken from the Mothers Pension list. Application of Mrs Fronie Barker, Vero Beach, for Mothers Pension me received, and after carefully considering the same, and it being mode to appear there are three children dependent upon her, it was ordered she receive the sum of $10.00 per month until the further orders of this Board. It was ordered that the following be placed on the pauper list to receive the amount indicated, until the further o nder of this Board: Hilliard Nelson ( Col) Sebastian. ....... $4.00 per month Lucy Beal (col) Sebastian....... e$4.00 per month RESOLUTION Commissioner R. E. Aldge, introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, to -gait: WHEREAS, a Junior Chamber of Commerce has been organized and is actively working in Vero Beach for the benefit of Indian River County as a whole; and WHEREAS, the activities of this organization to date indicate that it is a non- partison and non-political group of young men actually and efficiently engaged in the civic, betterment of this County; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, that the Vero Beach Junior Chamber of Commerce be herewith invitdid to appoint or designate a committee from its membership to assist and co-operate with the Board of County Com-, ssioners and others in securing the erection of a Court House in this County and in furthering such other projects as may be beneficial to the County and its citizensA Commissioner John M. Knight seconded the adoption of the resolution and on roll call it was adopted as follows: Ayes; Hamilton; Mudge; Knight; Vickers and Helseth. Hayes: None. The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were examined, and found correct were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of Same. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court, duly recorded in the County Finance record as provided by law. The warrants so slued from the respective funds being listed completely in the supplementary minute ook as provided by law. The County Depository filed its monthly statement showing receipts and disburse - ents of the various funds, which having been checked over was found to. be correct.
