properly under the control of the Board of County Commissioners. Moneys derived from <br />such Tax Sale Redemptions belonging to Special Road and Bridge Districts, Inlet Dis- <br />tricts, Special Bridge Districts and other Special Taxing Districts shall be paid over <br />to the proper officers of such Special Districts. <br />IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that the. Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie <br />County, Florida, shall turn over and deliver to the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, the following described personal or moveable property, <br />and the receipt thereof by said last named Board shall constitute full satisfaction of <br />all claims by said Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County to any of the <br />personal or movable property of St Lucie County, Florida. Said table amount of principal and interest due and payable each year from <br />1925 to 1953, both years inclusive, and also showing the share of said indebtedness <br />assumed by Indian River County under the terms of this agreement. The Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County hereby covenants and agrees that during each of <br />the years from 1925 to 1953, both years inclusive, that said Board of County Commission- <br />ers will cause to be paid over to the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County <br />Florida, the amount of money shown in column 4 of said table, which shall be used by the <br />Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County, Florida, for the purpose of paying <br />principal and interest of the said listed indebtedness of St Lucie County, Florida, as <br />the same becomes due and payable from year to year. The Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, further agrees that it will pay over said amounts <br />respectively from year to year as may be required to assist in payment of principal <br />and interest coming due from time to time, promptly upon the requisition of the Clerk <br />of the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County, Florida. And the said Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County hereby covenants and agrees that it <br />will levy each year a sufficient amount of tax so as to raise the full amount required <br />to wake such payments as the same become due and payable . from year to year. <br />
