AM <br />The Chairman and Cleric announced to the hoard that on tray 21st 19359 in accordance <br />with instructions from this Board that full and complete settlement with the Board of <br />County Commissioners of bt midis County, on account of pro -rata debt due for Court House <br />additions of the issue of September let 1923 had been effected and that a total of <br />*10,350.00 in interest coupons and a total of 25 Court House notes of the par value of <br />$19000. each delivered to the Board of county Commissioners of A' tuoie County, and a <br />resolution accepting the some and releasing Indian River County from ate' further liabilit <br />was duly adopted by said Board. it vas ordered that the certified copy of such reso- <br />lution be filed in the public records of this County* <br />All applications for County Depository for the year beginning July let 1935 and <br />ending June 30th 1936 were duly considered, and on motion made, seconded and carried it <br />Was ordered that the BdM2'T 1 Ti0BaL BOK, COCOA,, FLOYiiDA9 be designated County Deposi- <br />tory for the ensuing year for the following -funds: <br />General Revenue Fund <br />Fine & rfiaiture; ft., had, <br />Ito -fid and;.Bridge Fund <br />Mothers Pension Pond <br />Bpecis3, R&S Dist #19 Paint <br />Special h&B Dist #49 .Ida int <br />- Ve-re Bridge District <br />away -Bridge District <br />uabasso Bridge Bi strict <br />Ou tstand ing, I ndeb tedne se fund <br />;interest & sinking Fund <br />It was further ordered that Depository bond In the sum of 05,000.409 consisting <br />Of United States government securities, be set and approved. <br />The Mothers Pension application of Mrs Maude McLane, Vero Beach, was received and <br />duly considered, and ordered that she be paid the sun of 4;10.00 per month until the fu <br />orders of the Board. <br />It sae ordered that Mrs J. S. Miliken, Sebastian, be placed on the pauper list to <br />receive the sum of 96.00 per month. <br />it was ordered that Hilliard Nelson be placed on the pauper list to receive the ane► <br />off V6.00 per month instead of X4.00 the amount heretofore paid. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, vere examined <br />and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. <br />Such bills -and account's being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The <br />warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed completely in the supplemental <br />minute book as required by the rules and practice, reference to said record and the lust <br />eo recorded being mode a part of these minutest <br />The County Depository filed Its monthly statements showing the receipts and di <br />ments of the various <br />funds, <br />vOlch having been <br />check <br />over was found to be <br />correct. <br />'&ere being no <br />further <br />business on motion <br />made, <br />seconded and carried <br />the Board then <br />adjourned until Tuesday, June 18th 1935 at 10:00 o'clock A.
