<br />WHERROs, the Board of County Commi.ssionere of Indian River County, Florida, did at
<br />a regular meeting of said Board held on the 2nd day of July, 1935, adopt a resolution
<br />providing for the settlements compromise and adjustment of certain deposits under the
<br />trol of this Board in the Farmers Bank of Vero Beach, Florida, and
<br />elIAB, said settlement, conpromise and adjustment has been accepted by said Farman
<br />Bank of Vero Beach, and confirmed by order of the Circuit Court of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, in accordance with the provisions of Rouse Bill No. 998 passed at the 1935 sees -
<br />ion of the Florida. Legislature, and
<br />u *HEMS, under the terms of said agreement certain collateral pledged to , the payment
<br />of- -said deposits was to be released to said Bank, and
<br />WEERHAS the following collateral is held by the Comptroller of the.8tate of Florida,
<br />to -wits City of Vero Beach 6% Public Utility Bond No. 49 in the amount of J1,000.00 and
<br />Ci ty of Ve ro Beach 6J% General bonds No s. 11 to 18 inclusive, in the amount of §8,000. ;
<br />NOW, THEWOM, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comptroller of the State of Florida be, and
