<br />WMMUS, this Board has heretofore adopted a resolution providing for the compromise;
<br />adjustment and settlement of certain deposits over which this Board had control in the
<br />F4mers Bank of Vero Beach, and
<br />®SAS,. said settlement, oompromise and adjustment of said deposits has been made
<br />in accardance with the teras of said resolution and the same has been duly approved by
<br />order of the judge of the Circuit Court in and for Indian River County, Florida, in
<br />accordance with the provisions of house Bill No. 998 passed at the 1935 session of the
<br />Florida Legislature .'° and
