<br />BIDS INVITED
<br />Sealed bids will be received at the office
<br />f of the 'Clerk of the Circuit Court of In
<br />than River County, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />by the Board of County. Commissioners,
<br />qf- Indian River County, Florida, up to
<br />one o'clock,',P. M., December 7, 1935, and
<br />i . then publicly t opened and read aloud,
<br />fur funishing all materials and all labor
<br />for the construction of a Two Story,
<br />Fireproof County Court House for Indian -
<br />River County, .Florida,
<br />The award of the contract is condi-
<br />tioned upon funds being made available
<br />for the construction and no bidder may
<br />withdraw' his bid for a period of Sixty
<br />days after the date set for the opening
<br />thereof.
<br />Each Proposal must be accompanied by
<br />a Bid Bond or certified check payable to
<br />the Board of County Commissioners - of
<br />Indian .River County, Florida in an
<br />1 amount equal to five (5%) per cent of
<br />the bid, as guaranty that the bidder will
<br />enter into written contract with the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in accordance with
<br />the bid, if accepted, and give Bond of
<br />one hundred (100%) per cent of con-
<br />tract price from bending company auth-
<br />orized to do business in the State of
<br />Florida and approved by the Federal
<br />Emergency Administration of .,Public 'I
<br />Works for the faithful . and proper ful. ;I
<br />fillment of such contract.

<br />The successful bidder entering into a 'I
<br />contract' for this work, will be required
<br />to carry, at his own expense, Workmen's
<br />Compensation Insurance, Public Liability
<br />and Property Damage Insurance, all of
<br />which are subject to approval by P. W. A.
<br />Administrator.
<br />j All Proposals and work done shall be
<br />in accordance with Plans, the Specifica.
<br />tjons and Instructions to bidders which
<br />(have been filed with the Clerk pf the.
<br />Circuit Court of Indian Rip. County
<br />Florida, at Vero Beach, rfida, and shall:
<br />be subject to rules regulations adopt
<br />ed by Federal'" &ergencyi Administra
<br />tion of Public Works.
<br />Plans, Specifications and Instructions to
<br />Bidders may be obtained from the Clerk
<br />ill
<br />of the Court of Indian River County, at
<br />the Court House, or from W H. Garns'
<br />and Son, Architects, at their office in
<br />Vero' Beach, Florida, by depositing $25.00
<br />cash, or Money Order which will be re-
<br />turned upon return of Plans, Specifica-
<br />tions and' Instructions to Bidders in good
<br />condition.
<br />The, Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River Countg+,,Florida, reserve the
<br />,right to reject any or all bids.
