<br />The several bills and accounts against time court having been audited, were examined and
<br />found correct, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of some, -Such bills
<br />and accounts being on file in the office or the Clerk Circuit Court. The warrants so issued
<br />from the respective funds being listed in the supplemental minute book as required by the
<br />roles of the State Auditing department, reference to said book and the list so recorded being
<br />made a part of these minutes.
<br />`The County depository tiled its monthly statement showing receipts and disbursements of
<br />the several funds, which was found to be correct.
<br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then
<br />adjourned until `t'u esday s May 12th 1936.

<br />1he Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian Kiver County, Florida, met at the
<br />Court House in Vero Beach, at 10:00 o'clock A. H. Tuesday, May 12th 1936, in adjourned sess-
<br />ion with the following members of the Board present: J. J. P. Hamilton, Chaianan; Frank C.
<br />tickers; R. E. Mudge; E. P. Poole and 19dwin A. Helseth. Klso present were wm. Frick,Sh.eriff

<br />The Clerk announced the sum of 11,049.00 had been paid in by the various Candidates as
<br />filing fees, which sum was ordered placed in the GEW0AL REVENUE FUND of the County.
<br />The Secretary of State having certified the candidates qualified for National and State
<br />office to this Bogard, it vas ordered that the following named persons be placed on the official
<br />ballot of Indian River County, for the primary election to be held Tuesday, June 2nd 1936
<br />for the offices designated;
