Fr. - 52 19369 the owners and agents of property, who appeurect for that purpose, were allowea to maKe full and complete statements as to the valuation of the property oavned or represented 'by them the `1.'ax Assessor and the McMbers of the Board having fully discussed the statements and facts as presented decided not to change the valuations as r fixed by the County Assessor of taxes for the year 1936.
