1 1 determined that a tax rate of Ten (10) mills on the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1936, on all of the property in the Qounty of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of the said District for the purpose of maintaining the high- ways constructed therein, which boundaries are as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the North-west corner of Indian River County, run thence East on County line to the rsnge line dividing Ranges 37 and 38, thence South on Range line between Ranges 37 and 38 to the North-west corner of Section 19 Tp 31 S.R.38 E. , ihenee south on section line between Range line dividing Ranges 38 and 39 to the -South-east corner of Tp. 32 S.R.38 East, thence gest on Township line to the West boundary of Indian River County, thence North on west boundary of said County to. U point of beginning. The Board then proceeded to fix the millage for Special Road & Bridge District No. 4, under the laws of Florida, and it was determined that a tax rote of Fifteen (15) mills on; the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1936, on all of the property in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of the said District,Sg Ten (10) mills of which shall be used for maintaining the improved roods in said District and Five (5) mills shall be used for the purpose of paying interest and retiring bonds and is hereby set aside as follows: Two (2) Mills shall be used for paying interest coupons due to J. H. Fulmer, in the sum of $1800.00 and Three (:3) mills of which shall be used to pay past due bonds Kos. 28--29--43--44--45 and 46 now past due and unpaid. The Boundaries of said special District are as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the North-west corner of section 6. Tp 32 S.R.39 E. , thence run Fast along section line to the waters of the atlantic Ocean, thence run South-easterly along the edge of the Atlantic Ocean to the South line of Section 34, - Tp 33 S.R.40 East, thence run west along section line to the S.W*Corner of the East half of the gest half of section 34 Tp 33 S.R.38 E., thence run North to the North-west cornea of the East half of the west half of section 34 1i'p 33 S.R.38 E., thence run west to the south -West corner of Section 27 `i'p 33 S.R.38 E., thence run North to the North-west corner of :flection 159 Tp 33 S.R.38 E. , thence run west to the 'South-west corner of Sec. 9 Tp 33 S.R.38 E., thence run North to the North-west corner of Sec 9 Tp 33 S.R.38 E. ,thence roan west to the South-west corner of the East half of Sec 5 Tp 33 S.R.38 E., thence run North to the North-west corner of the Last half of use 5 Tp 33 S.R.38 E. , thence run Mast to the North-east corner of Sec. 19 Tp 33 S.R.38 E. , thence run North to the North-west corner of Sec 6 Tp 32 S.R.39 E. , being t*e point of beginning. Estimates having been made by the Trustees of special Tax School District No. 1, and the Trustees having certified the rate of millage voted to be assessed it was determined that a tax rate of Five (5) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1936, on all of the property in the county of Indian River lying and being within the boundaries of the said District No. 1, which boundaries are as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the North-east corner of sec 3 T 31 R 39 E then run west along County line to N.W.Corner of Tp 31 S R 38 E. , thence South along hange line to s.w.Corner ;Sec 18 Tp 31 S.R.38 E.,thenee East along 'Section line to atlantic Ocean, thence North along Ocean beach to starting point. Estimates having been made by the Trustees of Special Tax School Distract No. 7, sand the Trustees having certified the rate of millage voted to be assessed it was determined that a tax rate of Ten (10) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1936, on all of the property in the County of Indian river lying and being within the boundaries of the said District No. 7, which boundaries are as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the .Horth -east corner of See 23 'Tp 31 'S R 39 E. , then run west along Section line to N.W. Corner of Sec 19 Tp 31 S R 38 thence south along Range line to s a .Corner of Sec 31 Tp 31 8 R 38 E. , thence East along section line to atlantic ocean, thence North along Ocean Beach to starting point.
