<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of Fellemere Gross ,State Road
<br />District, and the said Board having filed certified copy of the resolution declaring the tax
<br />levy for the necessary expenditure end for the purpose of paying interest, when due, and for
<br />creating a sinking fund for the ultimate redemption -of bonds of said District, it is determine(
<br />and hereby declared that a tax rate of Mine (9) mills on the dollar be levied, and is hereby
<br />fixed and assessed for the year 1936, _on all of the property in the county of Indian -River,
<br />lying and being within the boundaries of said Fellsmere cross State Road District. The bound-
<br />`<<jaries of said District being described as follows: Beginning where the water's edge of the
<br />Atlantic Ocean intersects the line between Townships 29 and 30 South, run thence west to west
<br />line of Brevard County or to the forth -west corner of Township 30 ;youth, Range 35 East, ruin
<br />thence 'south following Township lines on the Vest boundary of Brevard County and St. Lucie
<br />County (now Indian River County) to the south-west corner of Township 31 south, Mange 35 Bost,
<br />run thence Bast six miles more or less to the North-west corner of `.township 32 south, Range
<br />36 Ba.ist, run thence .South six miles, more or less, to the South-west corner of Township 32
<br />south, Range 36 Bast, run thence Bast 18 miles, more or less, to the south-east corner of Town
<br />ship 32 south, Range 38 Bast, run thence North 6 miles, more or less, to the south -vest corner
<br />of Township 31 south, Range 39 mast, run thence Bast to the water's edge of the Atlantic Ocean
<br />thence North meandering said water's edge to the place of beginning.
<br />Estimates having been made by the Bond Trustees of the Atlantic -Gulf Special Road and
<br />Bridge Di strict, and the Trustees having certified, by appropriate resolution, the rate of
<br />millage to be assessed as the mount required to meet interest payments and for the ultimate
<br />redemption of bonds and refunding bonds outstanding, and to create a sinking fund, and in
<br />pursuance of the requirements of law, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of
<br />Fifteen (15) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year
<br />193§, on all of the property in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the bounds
<br />k ,`.�of said Atlantic -Gulf Special Road & Bridge District, for the purpose of pairing interest and
<br />creating a sinking fund, the boundaries of thich said District being described as follows, to.
<br />wit: Beginning on the Township line between Townships 33 and 34 South, and on the shore of
<br />the Atlantic ocean, run west on 't'ow'nship line between Townships 33 and 34 to the South-west
<br />corner of Township 33 south, Range 36 East, thence North between Ranges 35 and 36, to the
<br />.South-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 35 Bast; thence west between Townships 32 and 33
<br />and on the South boundary of Osceola and St. Lucie Counties, to the center line of the Kissimmc
<br />River, same being the South-west corner of Osceola County; thence North-westerly with the
<br />center line of said Kissimmee River and the Bast shore of Lake Kissimmee ( said river and Lake
<br />being, the west boundary of Osceola County) to the township line between Townships 29 and 30 ti
<br />the North-east corner of Township 30 'South, Range 34 East; thence south between Manges 34 and
<br />35 to the South-east corner of Township 30 South, Range 34 East; thence west to the North-east
<br />corner of Township 31 South, Range 34 ]fast; thence south to the Sputh-west corner of Township
<br />31 South, Range 35 Bast; thence East to the North-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 35
<br />Bast; thence south to the .South-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 35 Best; thence Best
<br />along Township line between Townships 32 and 33 south, to auth-east corner of Township 32
<br />Range 38 Bast; thence North on Range line between Ranges 38 and 39 to `.township line between
<br />Townships 31 and 32 'South; thence Easterly on Township line between Townships 31 and 32 to the
<br />shore of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meandering with the shore of said Ocean to place of
<br />beginning.
<br />The Board then proceeded to six the millage for the Vero Bridge District, in accordance
<br />-'with the laws of Florida, as amended by the ,acts of the 1927 Legislature, and it was dete=nec
<br />that a tax rate of Four (4) mills on the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for
