(c) The money shall be spent only for direct relief in old age assisstance to indigent <br />aged persons seventy years of age or more and no part thereof'shall be spent for the pay- <br />ment of administrative costs in giving old age assistance; <br />•(d) If any of the money shall remain in the hands of the State Board of Social Welfare <br />at the end of the quarter above referred to, the same shall be refunded to this Board. <br />2. That the proper officers be and they are hereby instructed to forthwith draw a <br />County Warrant to the order of the State Board of Social Welfare in the amount above set out <br />and that the Warrant be forthwith deliverdd to the Board. <br />3. That the State Board of Social Welfare is hereby designated as the agent of this <br />Board for the purpose of administering old age assistance in this County subject to the <br />terms and conditions set forth in this resolution. <br />4. That the appropriation of County funds made by this resolution is pursuant to <br />Chapter 17,477, Laws of Florida, acts of 1933, generally referred to as the 1935 Social <br />Welfare Act of Florida. <br />There being no further 'business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board then <br />adjourned until the regular meeting in October, 1936. <br />N <br />rMa <br />. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
