ZeUsick of Vero 9eaach, Florida for the construction of a two story fireproof Court House for said County at and tar the sum of $653,1506003, the a=e being PWA project No. 4020 RS and ftereas, the plans and specifications for said Court House and the said contract Its construction do not include the . furnishing and constructing of 9 stand and platform for Tudge, Qlark, and witnesses* and Tury box and railing in the Court room; and and Whereras, there are no additional funds available from the PWA for such construction Whereas, in order to properly utilise said Court room it Is necessary that the e described facilities be furnished; and Whereas, the Board of County Comissioners of Indian River County has obtained f ream iia.
