Mrs. Inez Nelson, District Supervisor of titirses-was in county one day in conference <br />with nurse. <br />Two children.to ®ripple dhildren's clinic in Stuart.. <br />The colored girl Cripple Children's Clinic Case was sent to Jackson Memorial <br />Hodpital with tentative diagnosio,post infantile paralysis. <br />M'other's pension application for Mrs. Jessie Yates, Vero Beach was approved for the <br />sum of $1.0.00 per month until the further orders of the Board. <br />It was moved by W.. C. Grasses, Jr., seconded by S. E. Glover and unanimously carried <br />that $250.00 be appropriated out of this years Budget for the Vero Beach Harbor Improvement <br />Association. <br />On motion made by S. E. Glover, deconded by Frank C. Vickers and carried the Board <br />appropriate $40.00 for a page in the Vero Beach Press -Journal Progress Addition for advertising <br />purposes. <br />On motion made by Frank C. Vickers, seconded by S. E. Glover and carried the sum of <br />$100.00 was appvoyedsfor,(:the Sebastian Band Association and it was ordered a warrant be drawn <br />on the General Revenue Fund for this amount. <br />It was moved by W. C. Graves, Jr., seoonded by S. E. Glover and unanimously carried <br />the Board sponsor three `3) Road Projects as follows: <br />No. l.- Lateral Aa Road from Cross State Highway to Wabasso Road and from Hutchison <br />Corner South two `2) miles to other side of Oslo Road to Dale Talbert's Grove. <br />NQ.2.♦ Road from South Gifford from Kings Highway to Lateral A approximately one (1) <br />mile. <br />No.3.- From Old Dixie' Highway to one. fourth Q) mile West of Emerson Avenue. <br />The Clerk was instructed to write Mr. Harry A. Meyers of West Palm Beach, and request <br />a representative of his office to contact W. C. Graves, Jr. with reference to said Road Project . <br />Judge Otis M. Cobb appeared before the Board representing Mrs. E. Carlton at Roseland <br />Florida and stated that Mrs. Carlton is asking 4500.00 fire damage from a fire which was alleg- <br />ed it having been set by men employed by this County.. Attorney Mitchell was instructed tb inves <br />-igate this claim and report back to the Board. <br />
