RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS$ INDIAN RIVER COUNTY IN SESSION, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, JULY',79 1939. Commissioner Glover introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption to -wit: WHEREAS, there is now a line of Australian pine trees growing along the right-of-way' of U. S• Highway No. 1 between the Sity of Vero Beach and Wabasso, Florida, the treea being located on the shoulder of said highway and betteen the paved surface of the highway and the ditches lin#ng the same; and WHEREAS, this condition has been called to the attention of the Board of county Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and it has been suggested that the continued existende of thede trees as now located jeapordize the lives and the property of the persons QUAY BRIWE DISTRICT. 224.
