Annie Votrobek, Fellsmere, and Jimmie Flannigan, Fellsmere-, <br />receive grooery,=or4&tsTfor the sum of $10.00 and $6.00 respectively each month until the fur- <br />- then orders of the Board.-5� <br />RESOLUTION.- NANNER ' ACT . <br />Commissioner W..C' Graves, Jr., introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption, to -wit: <br />BE IT RESOLVER by the Board of County Commissioners' 'of .Indian River County, I'lorida, <br />in session dilly assembled: <br />T: That this Board hereby elects to invoke, and does hereby acoept'-and- aidopt- the <br />provisions of Chapter 15891, Laws of Florida, Acts of.1933, commonly known.as thb "Kanner Bill <br />as reenacted by Section 1 of -Chspter 19399, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1939', -In serfar as the <br />latter act reenacts -lettered para4raphs (a) to (g) inclusive, of said Act of'1933";'but in -no <br />manner accepting,. or approving, or.adopting.any additional provisions added:by the said Act of <br />1939. <br />CBS: 'That any and all moneys derived from gasoline taxes and now or hereafter <br />credited toc the account of this- County or Road and- Bridge Districts therein, shall bused <br />the purpose of purchasing --at a._prioe below the---par--value thereof, and at the lowest accept <br />._offer, subject. to, the_ limitations hereinafter prescribed, any road and bridge bond or bonds of <br />this County or of such districts therein; that exclusive use of such funds by the State Bdard <br />of Administration for the purchase of such County and tistriot.Road or Road and Bridge Bonds <br />to which such.morieys as credited to this county would be applicable, is hereby sanctioned and <br />approved; and that the State Board is hereby authorized and requested, until further notioe, <br />to use such funds exclusively for the purchase of such bonds in open market transactions in <br />accordance with the general provisions of said laws, and subject to the following linitations, <br />as specifically provided in lettered paragraph (g) of .said laws: <br />(a) Bonds of all issues to which any of said gasoline tax has been or may be al <br />or oredited, to the extent of the credit now or hereafter applicable to said issues, seve <br />shall be eligible for purchase hereunder: <br />(b) This Board reserves the right to have submitted to it for approval any offering - <br />or offerings received by the State Board of Admintstratiou_ tefors .final. acceptance by the <br />State Board in response to public advertisement. <br />TES: That this Board hereby expressly reserves to itself, in respect to reso <br />limiting, amending, or modifying the terms of this_resolution,.all.of the.rights and pri <br />accorded it under the provisions of lettered -paragraph (g) of said laws. <br />3d <br />
