Chamber -of Commerce and the City of Vero Beach. The County Assessor of taxes, W. R..Dunoan, appeared before the Board and presented the tax rolls for the year 1939 on real and personal property and also intangible tax roll, which were carefully examined_ and fbund.,00rreot- and -on motion made by 'Frank C. Vickers, seoo by W. C. Graves, Jr. and carried were joppiroved, and the warrant to each of said rolls were annexed thereto, and is in words andfigures following; THE STATE or noRIDA. To Troy Z. Moody, Tax Collector.of the County of Indian River: You are hereby commanded to collect out of the real estate and personal property, from each of the persons and corporations -named in the annexed roll, the taxes set down in eact roll opposite each name, corporation or parcel of land therein described, and in case taxes so imposed 'are not paid at the time prescribed, by law, you are to oolleot the same by levy and sale of the goods and oh®ttels, lands and tenements so assessed, or of the person or oorporatic so taxes; and all sums collected for the State taxes you.are to pay to the State Treasurer at such tinge as may be required by law, and at the same time you are to pay to -the legally quali- fied Depository all sums collected for County taxes, district school taxes and other special taxes; and you are fu her required to made all collections on or before-the,fir$t Monday in April;..and on or before the first Monday in July.yoo-will make a final report to and set "'with the Comptroller and County Commissioners. Duncan, from the various and several special taxing.districts within the County, for oommissioi due for assessing the taxes and preparing the tax roll for the year 1939, and the following bills hating been addited on motion made by W.
