1 <br />11 <br />1 <br />I., <br />1�e terms of which payments are required to be made to R. E. Crummer & Company, The State Board <br />of Administration, Tallahassee, Florida, and the Honorable W. V. Knott be, and they are hereby, <br />instructed and directed to pay said R. E. Crummer.& Company from the Interest and Sinking Funds <br />of Wabasso Bridge District, the sum of $1,540.00, said payment to be -made upon R. E. Crummer & <br />Company delivering to the said Honorable W. V. Knott certificates issued by the Clark of this <br />Board, as provided under Section 9 of salA agreement, evidencing amounts equivalent to the sum <br />above set forth, said payments to be made.as reimbursement for services rendered and expenses <br />incurred foi exchanging Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1938s for outstanding indebtedness of <br />said Wabassp Bridge District. <br />Section 2. That in the event the Interest and Sinking Fund balance of Webasso Bridge <br />District is not sufficient to permit payment of the sums set forth in the certificates when <br />issued by the Clerk of this Board and presented for payment, then the State Board of Administra- <br />tion is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the Kanner Bill Account of said Wabasso <br />Bridge District to the Interest and Sinking Fund such sum or sums as will permit such payment, <br />without any further resolution by this Board. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of this Board be, and he is iiere'by, authorized and directed <br />to furnish triplicate certified copies of this resolution to the Honorable W. V. Knott, which <br />certified copies will be authority for Honorable W. V. Knott and the State Board of Administra- <br />tion to do and perform all acts required to accomplish the purposes hereof. <br />The resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Vickers and upon being put to a vote <br />the same was unanimously adopted: <br />l <br />CERTIFICATE OF BONDS EXCHANGED "WABASSO BRIDGE DISTRICT': <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER <br />Pursuant to the terms.of that certain agreement between R. E. CRMWR & COMPANY and <br />#ABASSO BRIDGE DISTRFCT iN INDIAN RYVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, dated December 7, 1937, 1, DOUGLAS <br />BAKER, CLERK OF TEE CIRCUIT COURT and. ex officio Clerk of the Hoard of County Commissioners of <br />the State and County aforesaid, do hereby certify that as of this date, the following Wabasso <br />Bridge District Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1938, have been exchanged for an equal par <br />amount of outstanding indebtedness of said District: <br />Denomination - all $1.000,00 <br />Bond No Maturity Amount <br />1/469 65/75 1968 $579000.00 <br />(all numbers <br />inclusive) <br />I further certify that R. E. Crummer & Company, pursuant to Section 9 of said Agree - <br />meet, is entitled to be paid the sum of $1,140.00, being 2% on the above par amount, of bonds, <br />as reimbursement for services rendered and expense incurred in effecting such exchanges. <br />FITNESS my hand and official seal this 6th day of Feb., A.
