<br />the Trustees Navin& certified the rate of milage voted to be assessed it was determined that a
<br />tax rate of Ten (10 ) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is herbeby 3' -fixed and assessed for the
<br />year 1040, on all of the property .in the G©unty,pt Indian River lying - and being within the
<br />boundaries of the said District No. 7, which boundaries are as follows, to -wit: Beginning at
<br />the Northeast corner of Sec. 239 Tp. 31 S., Range 39 E., then run west along Section line to
<br />N. W. Corner of Sec. 19, Tp. 31 S. Range 38 Thence South.along.Range line to S. W. Corner of
<br />Sec* 319 Tp. 31 S. R. 38 E., thence East along Section line to Atlantic Ocean Beach to starting
<br />point.
