<br />that a tax rate of Seven (7) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and assessed,
<br />for the year 1940, on all of the property_ in the County of Indian River, lying and being in they
<br />boundaries of said Sebastian Inlet District, Four (4) mills of which shall be used solely for
<br />interest ;paymehts, when due, and to create a sinking fund for the ultimate redemption of Re-
<br />funding Bonds of said District dated July lst, 1936 and Three (3) mills of which levy shall be
<br />used as a maintenance fund and for the purposes authorized and prescribed in the act creating
<br />said district namely Section 15 of Chapter 7976 of the Laws of Florida as amended by Chapter
<br />12259 of the Laws of Florida.
<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of FELLSMERE CROSS STATE
<br />ROAD DISTRICT, and the said Board having filed certified copy of the resolution declaring the
<br />tax levy for the necessary expenditures and for the purpose of paying interest, when due, and
<br />for creating a sinking fund for the ultimate redemption of bonds of said District, it is deter-
<br />mined and hereby declared that a tax rate of.Three (3) mills on the dollar be levied, and is
<br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1940, on all of , the property in the County of Indian
<br />River, lying and being within the boundaries of said Fellsmere Cross State Road District. The
<br />boundaries of said District.being described as follows: Beginning.where the water's edge of
<br />the Atlantic Ocean intersects the lineofBrevard County or.to the Northwest corner of Township
<br />30 South, Range 35 East, run thence South following Township lines on the west boundary of
<br />Brevard County and St. Lucie County (now Indian River County) to the Southwest corner of Town-
<br />ship 31 South, Range 35 East, run thence East six miles more or less to the Northwest corner
<br />of Township 32 South, Range 36 East, run Thence South six miles, more or less, to the Southwest
<br />corner of Township 32 South, Lange 36 East, run thence East 18 miles, more or less, to the
<br />Southeast corner of Township 32 South, Range.38 East, run thence North 6 miles, more or less,
<br />to the Southwest corner of Township 32 South, Range 38 East, run thence North 6 miles, more or
<br />less, to the Southwest..corner of Township 31 South, Range 39 East,. run thence East tothe water';
<br />edge of the Atlantic Ocean, thence North meandering said water's edge to the place of beginning.
<br />Estimates having -been made by the Bond Trustees of the ATLANTIC -GULF SPECIAL ROAD AM
<br />BRIDGE DISTRICT, and the Trustees having certified, by appropriate resolution, the rate of mill.
<br />age to be assessed as the amount required to meet interest payments and for ultimate redemption
<br />of bonds and refunding bonds outstanding, and to create a sinking fund, and in pursuance of the
<br />requirements of law, it is determined and hereby declared that.a tax rate of Twelve (12) mills
<br />upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1940, on all of the
<br />property in the County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of said Atlantic -
<br />Gulf Special Road and Bridge District, for the purpose of paying interest and creating a sinkin
<br />fund, for said district, the boundaries of which said District being described as follows, to -
<br />wit: --Beginning on the Township line between_ townships 33 and 34 South, and on the shore of.the
<br />Atlantic Ocean, run West on Township line between Townships 33 and 34 to the Southwest corner o
<br />Township 33 South, Range 36 East, thence North between Ranges 35 and 36 to the Southeast corner
<br />of Township 32 South, Range 35 East; thence west between Townships 32 and 33 and on the South
<br />Boundary of Osceola and St. Lucie Counties, to the center line of the Kissimmee River, same
<br />being the Southwest corner of Osceola County; thence Northwesterly with the center line of said
<br />Kissimmee River and the East shore of Lame Kissimmee (said river and Lake being the west boun-
<br />dary of Osceola County) to the Township line between Township 29 and 30 to the Northeast corner
<br />of Township 30 South, Range 34 East; thence South between Ranges 34 and 35 to they Southeast
<br />corner of Township 30 South, Range 34 East; thence west to the Northeast oorber.of Township
<br />32 South, Range 34 East; thence South to the Southwest corner of
<br />31 South, Range.35 East; thence East to the Northeast corner.of Township 32 South, Range 35
<br />East; thence South to the Southeast corner of Township 32 South., Range 35 East.; thence east
