1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />41.7 <br />STATE OF FLORIDA ) <br />County of Indian, River ) <br />To the Honorable Board of.County Commissioners, Indian River County, -Fla.: <br />The undersigned respectfully represents unto your Honorable Body that he is twenty- <br />one years of age, and of good moral character, and respectfully petitions for permit to carry <br />a firearm, to -wit: a Smith & Wessm Revolver .38 calibre, #261745 within the County of Indian <br />River, State of Floridai <br />Your petitioner presents herewith a bond .in sum of One Hundred Dollars, conditioned <br />for proper and legitimate use of said weapon. <br />E <br />This petition is made -in conformity to Section 3268 General Statutes of Florida. <br />Respectfully, <br />Rohr L. Kinney <br />Bond for carrying Fire Arms in the sum' "of $100.00 of Roy L. Kinney with Thomas E. <br />Burgner and Clayton T. Browne as sureties was approved. <br />LICENSE TO CARRY FIREARM -ROY L. KINNEY. <br />STATE OF FLORIIIA ) <br />COUNTY OF Indian River ) <br />WHEREAS Roy L. Kinney hes this day made application to the Board of County Commissi <br />ers of Indian River County,.Florida, for a License to Carry,Firearms; and whereas said Roy L. <br />Kinney has presented to this Board, a bond in the sum of One Hundred Dollars, with sureties <br />satisfactory to this Board, conditioned upon the proper and legitimate use of said firearms; <br />and said bond having been approved by said Board; <br />THIS IS TO LICENSE said Roy L. Kinney, to carry.a firearm, to -wit a Smith & Wesson <br />Revolver .38 Calibre # 261745 from August 6th. 1940 to August 6th. 1941, in said county.
