<br />FIRST: That, for the specific period ending September 30, 1941, and thereafter until
<br />further action by this Board, this Board hereby elects to invoke, and does hereby accept and
<br />adopt, for the benefit of the Taxing Units in this County identified below, the provisions of
<br />Chapter 15891, Lags of Florida, Acts of 1933, commonlyknown as the '"Zenner Bill*, as re-enaotQ
<br />and amended by Chapter 1927.9, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1939, insofar as the letter Act re-enact
<br />lettered paragraphs (a) to (g) inclusive, of said Act of 1933, but in no manner accepting,
<br />appro,ting, or adopting`any additional provisions added by said Act of 1939.

<br />LCO : That bonds of all issues of the identified taxing units to which any of the
<br />gasoline tag may be allocated or credited, severally, shall be eligible for purchase hereunder,
<br />and this Board reserves the right to have submitted to it for approval any offering or
<br />received by the State Board of Administration in response to public advertisement.

<br />That this Board hereby expressly reserves to itself, in respect to rescinding,
<br />limiting, amending, or modifying the terms, of this resolution, all of the rights and privileges
<br />accorded it under said law.
<br />FOURTH: That duplicate certified copies of this resolution be furnished the State
<br />Board of Administration.
<br />The resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Graves and upon being put to a vote
<br />the same -was unanimously adopted.
<br />The Chairman Pro -tem announced that this regular meeting was held, among other
<br />for the purpose of.considering and acting upon and adopting the estimates of the expense for
<br />fiscal year commencing October let, 19409 and ending September 30th, 1941, which was prepared
<br />and entered upon the minutes of the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held on the
<br />2nd. day of July, 1940, and to fig the rate of taxation for the year 1940.
<br />A copy of the advertisement containing the estimates of budget made by the Board of
<br />County Commissioners at a meeting held at the -Court House on the 2nd day of July, 1940 with th
<br />publisher's affidavit .annexed and presented to the Board and ordered spread upon the ':minutes
<br />and is in words and figures as follows:
