C. Graves, Jr., seconded by S. E. Glover" and unanimously <br />carried the Board appropriated the sum of $40.00 to the Vero Beach Press Journal for adverti- <br />sing and publicity purposes in the Progress Addition. <br />On motion made by W. C. Graves, seconded by Albert 0. Helseth and unanimously <br />carried the Board appropriated the,sum of $300.00 to the Fero Beach Chamber of Commerce for <br />advertising and publicity purposes. <br />Miss Gage of the Child's Welfare Work appeared before the Board requesting Financial <br />Assistance in connection with her work and the Board advised that there was no funds available <br />at the present time but they would be willing to cooperate in every other way possible. <br />Hon. W. R. Duncan, Tax Assessor appeared before the Board and presented his check <br />in the sum of $1368.93 and requested the following receipt be executed: <br />County; <br />February 4th, 1941. <br />Received of W.
