The County Democratic Executive Committee having met, organized and adopted the
<br />assessments to be levied against the m±zt candidates for the various offices of the
<br />County, for the purpose of party organization. Assessments were thereupon made for
<br />the purpose of defraying all expenses in connection the primary election to be held
<br />Tuesday June 8th 1926 as follows:

<br />We the undersigned citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be
<br />laid out as follows, to -wit:

<br />The center of section 5, township 53 south, range 38 east (which is to be a
<br />point on the center line of said county road), thence in a westerly direction. along the
<br />east and west one 2uarter section line, through sections five and six, township 33 south
<br />range 58 east; thence along the east and west one quarter line, through sections, one,
<br />two, tree, four, five and six, township 55 south* range 57 east; thence along the east
<br />and west one quarter section line through section one, two, three, four and five, town-
<br />ship 35 south, range 36 east; thence along the east and west one quarter section line to
<br />station 698 plus 23.4 in section 6, township 33 south, range 56 east; said station to be
<br />a, point on the center line of said county road; thence along the arc of a three degree
<br />carve to the right to station 713 plus 71.7 a distance of 1548.5 feet, said arc and sta-
<br />tion to be the center line- of said county towed, in section 6, township 33 south, range
<br />36 East; thence along a tangent having a bearing of North 45 degrees 33 minutes West ( in
<br />section 6, townahip 33 south,, range 36 east) to station 725- plus 65.5 a distance of
<br />1191.8 feet.
