<br />It was ordered. that R. D. Carter, C. E. Cobb and Egerton Is. Carter be appointed a
<br />committee to view, mark and lag out said road and report to this Board.
<br />A petition having been presented to the Board. of County Commissioners by A. M. Hill
<br />and others praying for the establishment of a new road in said petition described, and
<br />R.D.Carter, C.E.Cobb and Egerton E. Carter having been duly appointed viewers, and the said
<br />viewers being disinterested freeholders of said County, and having subscribed to the oath
<br />as prescribed by law before nes± entering upon their duties as such viewers, having made apd
