<br />Commissioner W. C. Graves, dr,.introduoed the following Resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:
<br />RESU TUTION
<br />WHEREAS, the County Assessor. of taxes of..Indian River County did, prior to this date,
<br />complete the assessment rdll of said .Indian River, County ,for . the year 1941 and did on this
<br />August 28, 1941, meet with the .Board of County Commissioners .of Indian River County at the of-
<br />fice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County for the purpose of hearing complaints and
<br />receiving testimony as to the value.of any property, real or personal, as fixed by the County
<br />Assessor of Taxes and of perfecting, reviewing and equalizing said assessment roll; and
<br />WHEREAS, due notice of this meeting for said purpose has been given by publication in
<br />the Fero Beach Press -Journal, a newspaper published in Indian River County, Florida, and.which
<br />notice was so published in said newspaper in its issues of August Sth, and 15th, 1941 and the
<br />first publication of said notice being at least fifteen days before this meeting; and
<br />WHEREAS,

<br />on August 25th, 26th, 27th and
<br />60 -this 28th day
<br />of August
<br />1941, pursuant to
<br />such notice
<br />and
<br />for
<br />the purposes aforesaid, and has
<br />considered said
<br />assessment
<br />roll, and has found it unnecessary to increase the value fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes
<br />of any real estate or personal property as shown on said roll; therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida
<br />do hereby approve and confirm said tau assessment roll of said Coufty for the year 1941, sub je
<br />to the -Law Ind of the approval of Ron. J. M. Lee, Comptroller, --as presented by the County Ass-
<br />essor of Taxes and do hereby declare said assessment roll and the assessments shown thereon to
<br />have been reviewed and to be equalized, perfected and jest.
