1 <br />C <br />1 <br />That all Road and Bridge Bills approved and all other obligations approved at the <br />time of making of the budget aforesaid and as designated in said Outstanding Indebtedness Fund <br />have heretofore been paid in full, either from said Outstanding Indebtedness Fund or from other <br />funds of said' County; <br />That therefore, the original debt in said Outstanding Indebtedness Fund for which sa <br />fund is legally responsible and liable has been retired and a surplus remains in said fund of <br />said sum of $2142.71; <br />Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the sum of $2000.00 be transferred from the Outstand- <br />ing Indebtedness Fund to the Fine and Forfeiture Fund,'upon the approval of the State Comptrol- <br />ler, to assist in meeting the current and extraordinary expenses of the County. <br />Upon being duly seconded the same was unanimously adopted. <br />On motion made by Commissioner Glover, seconded by Commissioner Graves and carried <br />the Jailors salary was increased to $75.00 per month. <br />RESOLUTION KAMM ACT PURCHASE_ <br />Commissioner Graves introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />'UREAS, The State Board of Administration has submitted certain proposals of indiv- <br />iduals, firms and corporations offering to sell to said Board of Administration certain bonds <br />of Indian River County, and obligations assured by said County, under the provisions of House <br />Bill No. 30, acts of the 1933 Legislature; and <br />WHEFEAS, after carefully considering all of such proposals and taking into consider- <br />ation the amount of funds available for that purpose, and the approximate value of said bonds <br />and obligations, it is deemed advisable and expedient to purchase and cancel certain of said <br />bonds and obligations to -wit: <br />$1,000.00 County of Indian River Special Road & Bridge District No. 4, Bonds, dated <br />July 1, 1925, due. July 1, 1940,at a price of' 98 and interest With July 1, 1,933 and subsequent <br />coupons attached, as designated offering "A". <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that the State Board <br />of Administration be requested to purchase and cancel the securities listed above at the price <br />quoted. <br />The resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Helseth and upon being put to d vote <br />the same was unanimously adopted. <br />On motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner Helseth and carried <br />the Board agreed to furnish trucks, drivers and gasoline to the Fireman for one day, to haul <br />shall around their building located near the Sebastian Inlet. <br />On motion made by Commissioner Helseth, seconded by Commission Glover and carried the <br />salary of Richard Carter, Motor Patrol Operator, was increased to $125.00 per month. <br />Mr. W. O.,Gentry, State Auditor, appeared before the Board with regard to Auditing <br />the Tax Assessors office and made certain suggestions which were agreeable to the Board. <br />RESOLUTION - SPECIAL RQO AND BRIDGE DISTRICT #4 �d��� y <br />REFMING BONDS DATED JANUARY 1. 1937 <br />The following resolution was introduced, read, and, upon motion of Commissioner Gra <br />seconded by Commissioner Helseth, was duly adopted by the following vote: <br />Yeas: Graves, Glover, Helseth, Michael and Vickers <br />Nays: None <br />Absent: None, Not Voting: None. <br />--000-- <br />
