<br />payment, when and if presented, of all interest through the next coupon paying date on all
<br />Refunding Bonds identified in the preambles hereof; and any action by the Board of Administrat.
<br />ion to accomplish this result, is hereby fully.-authori.zed., including the transfer of suffio-
<br />ient funds from the applicable Kanner Bill Account to the applicable Interest and Sinking Fund
<br />Account of the issues identified in the preambles hereof to permit the payment of interest
<br />coupons on the identified issues of Refunding Bonds.
<br />Section 5. That the Clerk of this Board be, and he is hereby, instructed .and dir-
<br />acted to f onward duplicate certified copies of this resolution to the State Board of Adminis-
<br />tration, Tallahassee, Florida, which certified copies shall constitute the authority of said
<br />Board to do and perform the acts hereinabove directed.
<br />The resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner$ Graves and upon being put to a vot
<br />same was unanimously adopted.

<br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF BOND SAIF AND
<br />INVITING BIDS ON NEW 4% REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 19419 OF INDIAN
<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SPECIAL ROAD AND BRIDGE DISTRICT NO. 4.
<br />VPHEREAS-, in statutory proceedings recently pending in the Circuit Court of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, the said Court, by Final Decree entered March 31, 1941, validated and
<br />confirmed an issue of 4% non -callable serial maturing Road and Bridge Refunding Bonds, Series
<br />19419 of Indian River County, Florida, Special Road and Bridge District No.. 4, hereinafter
<br />more particularly identified, and said Bonds have been duly prepared, executed and deposited
<br />in escrow with The First National Bank of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois; and
<br />WEMAS, said Bonds are provided to be issued for the purpose of refunding and re-
<br />tiring the presently outstanding callable 4/6% Refunding Bonds of said District dated January
<br />1, 1937; and
<br />AREAS, said Series 1941 Refunding Bonds are now in process of being issued in ex-
<br />change for bonds dated January 1, 1937; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice has been given of the intention of this ,Board to call for redemption
<br />and payment on January 1, 19421, such of the 1937 Series Bonds as are then outstanding and it i
<br />therefore, necessary to market a portion of the new Refunding Bonds for the purpose of provid-
<br />Ing funds for giving effect to said call; now, therefore,
