550 <br />ss' -6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />IN SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk of this Board be.,, and he is hereby, authorized and instruc. <br />ted to cause to be published a Notice of the proposed sale of 4% Road and Bridge Refunding <br />Bonds, Series 19410 dated January 19 19419. of Indian River. County, Florida, Special Road and <br />Bridge District No. 4. <br />Section 2. That said Notice shall be published 'December 12, 1941, and December 19,. <br />1941, in the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a newspaper.published in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Section 3. That the.Clerk of this Board shall cause certified copy of this resolut- <br />ion to be furnished The First National Bank of Chicago, which said resolution shall constitute <br />instruction to said Bank to cease exchanges of Series 1941 Bonds at the close of business <br />December 10, 1941, and shall also constitute instruction to said Bank to immediately furnish <br />said Clerk by telegram, night letter classification, on that date the par amount of bonds of <br />each of the separate maturities which are then still on deposit with it unissued. The said <br />Clerk shall thereupon make reference to form of Notice of Sale set forth in Section 4 hereof <br />and complete the same by extending opposite the respective maturities the amount of bonds <br />available for sale. <br />Section 4.
