UE <br />I <br />'! thorized expenditures under the items of numbers 321; 325 and 3-329 in said Fine and Forfei- <br />ture Fund; and �f <br />WHhREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same Fund and the transfer of <br />'a monies herewith authorized is a transfer from one item to another item in the same Fund and ua <br />is not a transfer from one Fund to another Fund; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $1812.03 from the <br />i <br />items of numbers 323; 324; 1-325; 326; 1-329;`2-329 and 699 to the items of numbers 321; 325 <br />and 3-329, all in the Fine and Forfeiture Fund of the current budget of Indian River County, <br />! upon the approval of the State Comptroller. <br />Upon being duly seconded, the same was unanimously adopted. <br />I; <br />The Board also approved all outstanding bills, or bills that were incurred the <br />i <br />present fiscal year, said bills being <br />month of September, whish is the last month in the <br />i; <br />• approved for payment from the Outstanding Indebtedness Fund as of October 6th, 1942. Duncan, appeared before the Board and presented;' <br />{ the tax rolls for the year 1942 on. Real and Personal property and also Intangible Tax Roll, <br />which were carefully examined and found correct and on motion made by S. L. Glover, seconded <br />
