<br />Douglas Baker, Clerk, announced he had received the sum of $1,503.86 from Z. M. Lee,
<br />Comptroller,.representing distribution of Intangible Tax bund as provided by Section 3 of
<br />Chapter 21943, Acts of 1943• These funds were ordered placed in the General Revenue Fund.
<br />Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and made a report of
<br />her activities for the month of Sualy, 1943, as follows to -wit:

<br />Indian River County, and his successors in office, in the sum of $200.00, being double the
<br />amount of the face value of said Tax Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be
<br />made, I bind myself, heirsi;:exeoutors and administrators:firmly by these presents should said
<br />Certificate be presented by any person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or appli
<br />cation for Tax Deed thereon._
<br />I.solemnly swear, or affirm,that the statements contained herein in support of my
<br />application for issuance of duplicate Tax Bale Certificate, are true and correct. So help me

<br />investigated said matter and being fully satisfied that said claim is a valid one,

<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County be and he is hereby instructed to issue a
<br />duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in favor of the above named applicant in lieu of the Certifi-
<br />Date above described which has been lost or destroyed, and that proper record of same be
<br />entered in the Tax Sale Record in ;the office of the said Clerk, as provided in Section g of
