Bunkley, County Nurse, be paid the sum of $150.00 per month in lieu of $133.00 per month, effective this date. It was ordered Clara Williams, colored, Gifford, be paid the sum of $6.00 per month from the General Revenue Fund for October and November. Charles A. Mitchell, Attorney, was requested to confer with the City Commissioners regarding the purchase of the cities interest in Lot 28, Block 35, City of Vero Beach. Duncan, Tax Assessor, was granted: The Honorable Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County, Vero Beach, Florida Gentlemen: We find by our records that Mr. d. P. Skinner filed his claim for homestead exemption, for the year 1942 on the WJ of Lots 12 & 13, Block 6, Edgewood Addition to Vero Beach on which he resides as his homestead. By error or over -sight we failed to allow the claim as filed by Mr. Skinner, although 4. he was entitled to same. I respectfully ask that you grant me the authority to make the necessary correction that Mr. Skinner may be allowed the full benefits of homestead exemption on the property de- scribed above for 1942. Spencer, Associate Director of the Cooperative Extension Work, Gainesville, Florida, recommending Mr. Marcel Boudet, now in Broward County, as County Agent, effective October 21. Douglas Baker, Clerk, was instructed to advise Mr. Spencer that the Board would approve his recommendation. �w The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examined, u and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minuted. The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disbursements of the various funds, which having been audited were found to be correct. adjourned.
