Hague as Sureties, was approved. <br />Verdict of Coroner's Jury in the matter of the death of Lula Leonard, Walter Brewer <br />II <br />and Harry Hayward was received, read and ordered filed. <br />Forms were received from the Navy Department with -regard to settlement on damage to <br />County Barn caused by aeroplane accident.on.October 23, 1943• Said forms were executed and <br />returned to the Navy Department as requested. Amount of settlement, $1,000.00. <br />On motion made by Commissioner Helseth, seconded by Commissioner Glover, the Board <br />agreed to buy twenty cushions for the chairs in the County Commissioners room and for the Jury <br />chairs in the Court Room.
