E. Glover who moved its <br />adoption to -wit: <br />WHEREAS Indian River County, Florida, a political sub -division organized and exist- r <br />ing under the laws of the State of Florida, by enactment of the legislature of the State of <br />j Florida whereby said Indian River County was created is the owner of all real property or <br />interest there in now situated within the boundaries of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />r <br />formerly owned or held by St. Lucie County, Florida; and j <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida, is the owner or the owner of an interest in <br />and to property situated in Indian River County, Florida, described as follows, to wit: <br />Lot 20 in Block 1 of Riomar Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the i+ <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in plat Book 2 at 11 <br />I. <br />Page 27, said property being otherwise described as sublot No.20 of Eastview Company's Sub- <br />division No. 1, according to plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Plat Book 4 at Page 1. <br />j <br />and said property having been heretofore held for public road purposes and a portion thereof <br />i <br />having not at any time been used..for such purposes and that portion thereof which was so used <br />� having been vacated as such by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, duly adopted on June 17, 1924, and while the above described property was <br />aj situated in St. Lucie County, Florida; and, w <br />laws,' <br />j WHEREAS, the Riomar Corporation, a Corporation organized and existing under the <br />of the State of Florida, is the owner of the reversionary title in and to said above-described <br />property and said Riomar Corporation has heretofore provided right-of-way for public roads and'` <br />�i streets serving the area in which the above-described property is situated and which right-of-� <br />way is located west of the above-described property and is now used for public road and street' <br />i <br />purposes as shown upon the Flat of Riomar Sub -division recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 27, <br />records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, conveyance of the above-described lot has not yet been made by Indian River`` <br />j <br />County to the Riomar Corporation and it is the obligation of Indian River County to make con- <br />veyance thereof to said Riomar Corporation in consideration of the Riomar Corporation provid- <br />ing the existing right-of-way for public streets and roads in the area mentioned and which has;; <br />J <br />been by it heretofore provided as evidenced by the said plat of Riomar Subdivision recorded inil <br />Plat Book 2 at Page 27 public records of Indian River County, Florida; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,' <br />dla execution and deliver b the chairman <br />that said Board doss herewith authorize and direct the y y . <br />of this board and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, as the <br />,.a <br />Secretary of this Board of a special Warranty Deed executed in the name of and in behalf of <br />Indian River County and the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />conveying to the Riomar Corporation, a Florida Corporation, property situated in Indian River d'e <br />
