Earman, was received and Ordered placed in the court room. „o RESOLUTION - "RIOMAR CORPORATION" The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner S. E. Glover who moved its adoption to -wit: WHEREAS Indian River County, Florida, a political sub -division organized and exist- r ing under the laws of the State of Florida, by enactment of the legislature of the State of j Florida whereby said Indian River County was created is the owner of all real property or interest there in now situated within the boundaries of Indian River County, Florida, and r formerly owned or held by St. Lucie County, Florida; and j WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida, is the owner or the owner of an interest in and to property situated in Indian River County, Florida, described as follows, to wit: Lot 20 in Block 1 of Riomar Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the i+ office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in plat Book 2 at 11 I.
