River County met at the Court House in <br />ero Beach, at 10:00 otolook, A. M. Tuesday, September 5, 19449 in regular meeting with the fol - <br />owing members of the Board present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Frank C. Vickers,Albert 0. E'! <br />j � <br />elseth, S. E. Glover and G. E. Barkoskie. Also present.were Wm. W. Frick. -Sheriff; Charles A. <br />itohell, Attorney for the Board, E. E. Carter, County Engineer, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />The Board ordered a Letter File be purchased for the use of the County Nurse at the dj <br />D.
