M. Monday, November 6, 19441 in special meeting with the following members `of the. Hoard present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; S. E• Glover and Albert 0. He13e041' Absent: G• E. Barkoskie and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Atto=97, and Douglas Baker, Clerk. The Chairmen announded this meeting was called for the purpose of changing the voting glace in'Precinct No. 5. It was called to the attention of the Board that a fire occurred in the Community Build- ing on 'Wednesday night or Thursday morning of November 1st and 2md, 19449 causing damage to said building that would prohibit the holding of an election as formerly advertised, thereupon a motion was made by Commissioner Glover, seconded by Commissioner Helseth and unanimously carried, that the.voting place in precinct No. 5 be changed from the Community Building to
