M. Monday, November 6, 19441 in special meeting with the following <br />members `of the. Hoard present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; S. E• Glover and Albert 0. He13e041' <br />Absent: G• E. Barkoskie and Frank C. Vickers. Also present were Charles A. Mitchell, Atto=97, <br />and Douglas Baker, Clerk. <br />The Chairmen announded this meeting was called for the purpose of changing the voting <br />glace in'Precinct No. 5. <br />It was called to the attention of the Board that a fire occurred in the Community Build- <br />ing on 'Wednesday night or Thursday morning of November 1st and 2md, 19449 causing damage to <br />said building that would prohibit the holding of an election as formerly advertised, thereupon <br />a motion was made by Commissioner Glover, seconded by Commissioner Helseth and unanimously <br />carried, that the.voting place in precinct No. 5 be changed from the Community Building to <br />
