RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, taxes were assessed and levied by Indian River County for the year 1944 upon <br />-Lots 11 and 12, in Block 19 of Vero Beach Estates, a Subdivision in said County and upon the <br />non-payment of such taxes said property was sold and Certificate No. 107 issued as of June 1, <br />1945; and, <br />WHEREAS, said property during the year 1944 and continuously thereafter was and is <br />owned in fee simple by the City of Vero Beach, Florida, and said property during such period <br />was and isused as a public bathing beach and that the same was during said period and is exempt <br />from the assessment and levy of taxes by Indian River County; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that said tax sales Certificate No. 107 issued as of June 1, 1945 be and <br />the same is hereby cancelled. <br />The motion for the adoption of the Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Helseth <br />and unanimously adopted. <br />Alice Helleso, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and made a report of her activi- <br />ties for the month of July as follows, to -wit: <br />1.
