On Motion made by Commissioners Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Helseth and carried, <br />it was ordered the sum of $25.00 be paid,to Judge Otis M. Cobb from the Fine and Forefeiture <br />Fund towards the employment of clerical help for his office. <br />Judge Otis M. Cobb appeared before the Board and requested permission to purchase the <br />folio ing supplies and equipment for the County Judge's Office: L Miscellaneous Record. Book <br />#5, 1 Probate Orders Record Book #4, 2 24 Unit Dooumental Filing Cabinets, 1 Box Legal Size <br />Typewriter Carbon Paper, 100 Manila File Folders Letter Size, 100 Manila File Folders Legal <br />Size, 200 County Judges Legal Forms, 100 Open End Expanding Legal Filing Envelopes, 1 Post <br />Binder For Probate Cases, 200 Probate Docket Forms #1, 100 Criminal Cost. Bilis; and on Motion <br />made by Commissioner Helseth, Seconded by Commissioner Glover, said request was granted. <br />Lieutenant Frank E. Emerson and Ensign W. R. Keagy appeared before the Board and re- <br />quested permission to use the Coast Guard Building at Wabasso Beach for navy personnel in carry <br />-ing on government work. This request received the general approval of the Board and was re- <br />ferred to Commissioner R. W. Graves and E. E. Carter to complete such arrangements as may be <br />necessary. <br />Tax Assessor, W. R.
