E.alummi, Douglas Baker, Clerk, was instructed to prepare notice inviting bids adding and or caculating machines for the Office of ;,the Tax Collector and Tax Assessor. Said machines to cost approximately $445.00 each. Also ifor photo -recording equipment including recording machine and accessories for the Clerk's offie. 'Said machine to cost -approximately $3500.00. Funds for the purchase of this equipment would be provided for from the -County Officers Excess Fee Fund together with approximately $1500.00 excess Race Track Funds. The tax books being ready to be returned to the Tax Assessor for the purpose of ex- tending the taxes thereon as provided by the law,the Board of County Commissioners took up the � matter of making an estimate of the necessary expenses for the fiscal year from October 1st, r 1946, to the 00th day of September 1947, and having considered the receipts estimated -by the Clerk and the Tax Assessor hakIng given fuli consideration to the needs and necessities of �� 1' different i+ 'the County and the requirements for the burposes to meet the expenses during the said fiscal. i;year, have determined and do hereby declare the following to be the expenses and all special rand extra -ordinary expenses contemplated for the fiscal year next nsuing and for which the !I revenue for the year 1946!from ad valoremtaxation and the estimated receipts from other sources will be available. it GENERAL REVENUE FUND. 211.
