Request to Speak from Dr. Grant Gilmore Regarding Oslo <br />Boat Ramp <br />• <br />191 <br />Dr. Grant Gilmore, 5920 1st Street SW, Senior Scientist <br />Estuarine, Coastal and Ocean Science, Inc. (ECOS) <br />read a statement (copy on file) opposing the Project. <br />The Board and Dr. Gilmore discussed the nursery site <br />at the habitat for spotted sea trout, red drum, snook, <br />and tarpon; the seagrass; and the existing road at the <br />boat ramp. <br />Commissioner Flescher made arrangements to visit the <br />Oslo Boat Ramp site with Dr. Gilmore. <br />The Chairman called a recess at 1:08 p.m., and <br />reconvened the meeting at 1:30 p.m., with all members <br />present, resuming with Item 10.A.1. Public Hearing on <br />Harmony Reserve. The other public speakers on this <br />topic were heard following the conclusion of all <br />remaining agenda items. <br />11.
