<br />This office has done no work toward the,preparatibn of plans other than prelijainary
<br />conferences, collecting of information, and a few very preliminary sketches. The last com-
<br />munication which we had from liar. Creech, supervisor of Jail construction, indicated that the I(
<br />�I plan, which we proposed at our last appearance before your board would probably be acceptable
<br />to the prison commission. This plan, you will recall, involved the construction of new jailers)
<br />quarters, including juvenile and women's detention rooms separate from the jail building pro- j
<br />per.
<br />We are holding on file drawings, plans, and skethhes made concerning this work, but
<br />will take no specific actions on this until definitely instructed to proceed by your board®

<br />I, Fedrit Corp., by W. A. Siewert, its agent, of the County of Indian River State
<br />of Florida, being the owner of Tax Sale Certificate No. 167 dated the 5th day of August 1929,
<br />in the sum of $2.10 covering the following described property, to -wit:

<br />f (2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothecated,
<br />sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration therefor.

<br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made
<br />11i diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate.
<br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the original should
<br />,j at any time be located, the same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
<br />Indian River County for cancellation.

<br />(5) That I, Fedrit Corp., as a further consideration acknowledge myselg held and

<br />firmly bound unto Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit,Court of Indian River Gounty, and his

<br />!I Tax Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs, exe*

<br />cutors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented by any
<br />person whomsoever, assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for Tax Deed thereon.
<br />Said duplicate Tax Sale Certificate is herewith surrendered for cancellation.
