BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER CO., <br />VERO BEACH, FLORIDA. <br />Gentlemen: <br />I, Fedrit Corp., by W. A. Siewert, its agent, of the County of Indian River <br />State of Florida, being the owner of Tax Sale Certificate No. 164 dated the 5th day of August <br />1929, in the sum of $4.22 covering the following described property, to -wit: <br />Tracts 412 and 413 in Township 31 South, Range 36 East. <br />hereby make application to your Honorable Body to issue a duplicate Tax Sale Certificate in <br />lieu of the original described herein for the following reasons; <br />(1) That said Tax Sale Certificate was purchased by me May 29' 1939 for which I <br />paid the sum of $4.22. <br />(2) That said Tax Sale Certificate, or any interest therein, has not been hypothe- <br />cated, sold, assigned, transferred or delivered by me and I have received no consideration <br />therefor. <br />43) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that I have made <br />diligent search and am unable to locate said certificate. <br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is issued in lieu thereof and the original should <br />I <br />at any time be located, the same will be surrendered to th lerk of the Circuit Court of <br />Indian River County for cancellation. <br />(5) That I, Fedrit Corps as a further consideration acknowledge myself held and <br />i <br />,firmly bound unto Douglas Baker, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, and his <br />i, successors in office, in the sum of $8.44, being double the amount of the face value of said <br />6 Ta.x Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be made, I bind myself, heirs, executors <br />and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate be presented by any person <br />whomsoevers assigned or otherwise, for payment or application for Tax Deed thereon. <br />'Said duplicate Tax Sale Certificate is herewith surrendered for cancellation. <br />I solemnly swear, or affirm, that the statements contained herein in support of my <br />:application for issuance of duplicate Tax Sale Certificate, are true and correct.
