<br />;sold, assigned,, transferred or delivered by us and we have received no consideration therefor.
<br />(3) That said Tax Sale Certificate has been lost or destroyed and that we have made

<br />";€diligent search and'' am`'una'ble to locate said certificate. I
<br />(4) That if duplicate Certificate is -issued in lieu thereof and the original should
<br />at any time be located — the _ same will be surrendered to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of 6

<br />(5) `-That We, the Indian River Citrus Bank, as a further consideration acknowledge
<br />ourselves held and firmly bound unto Douglas `Baker, C�erk of the Circuit Court of lndian River
<br />tovF4ty, and his successors in office, in the sum of $54+0, 849 being double the amount of the
<br />face value of said -Tax -Certificate, for payment whereof well and truly to be mad®, we bind
<br />yourselves, heirs, executors and administrators firmly by these presents should said Certificate+
<br />ibe presented by any person wbiomsoever, assigned -o'r otherwise, for payment of application for
