Thatcher and Alfred Fletcher, the Board agreed to pay the sum of $600.00 as a part of the cost for a float to :represent 'a j'yIndian River County at the inauguration of Governor Elect, Fuller Warren, in Tallahassee. Stevens Jpwith regard to medical'attention and services for his eyes.
